All personal information, email addresses and telephone numbers of employers/recruiters will not be communicated with candidates ensuring a strictly confidential service and allowing employers and recruiters to choose which candidates they want to contact.
 
JOBSEEKERS
 
The Registration Process
 
Follow instructions after clicking the "As a Job Seeker" link in the Registration box, at the top right hand side of the Home page.
 
As a registered jobseeker, you can view your daily interview schedules, interview calendar and details about completed interviews. You can also edit or update your profile by logging in to your account.
 
Editing your Profile
 
1. To login to your account enter your Username, which is same as your email, and Password in the login section of the Home page, and click the 'Go' button.
 
2. On the 'My Account' page, click the 'Edit Account Details' link on the top right hand side.
 
3. The Registration details that you signed in with will be displayed. You can change /edit any of the information displayed on that page. Ensure you click the 'Submit' button before moving on.
 
Employers who are registered with Jobs Matchmaker, and have requested for candidates with specific qualifications or skills, can access relevant profiles and request for an online interview with the jobseeker.
 
On confirmation of the interview schedule, Jobs Matchmaker arranges for an online interview between the jobseeker and employer.
 
Confirming your Online Interview
 
The status of an interview is shown in your ‘My Account’ page. To confirm the schedule:
 
1. Click the link in the 'Company Name' column in the 'Pending Interview Confirmations' table.
 
2. Click the appropriate check box in the 'Accept' column of the 'Interview Confirmations' table to confirm the date and time of the interview.
 
3. Click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
 
Online webcam Interview
 
Once an interview has been confirmed by the employer, you can proceed for a video conference  by:
 
1. In the 'My Account' page, a password for video conference will be displayed in your 'Your Interview Diary for Today' section.
 
2. Click the icon in the 'Start' column, which will take you to the video conference page.
 
3. Enter your name on the screen and click the 'I accept/Connect' button. This will take you to the meeting console.
 
4. In this page, copy-paste the password for the video conference to start the meeting.
 
In addition to this, Jobs Matchmaker also provides immigration-related legal services so that employers or the jobseekers do not have to worry about visas or work permits.
  
EMPLOYERS/RECRUITERS
  
Registration Process
 
Please note that the JMM Recruitment service (different from the online job platform) can only be reached by sending an email to our dedicated consultants on info@jobsmatchmaker.com.
 
To register with JobsMatchmaker.com as employer:
 
Click the 'As an Employer' link in the Registration box, at the top right hand side of the Home page and follow the instructions.
 
Once employers are registered with Jobs Matchmaker, they can view their daily interview schedules, interview calendar and details about completed interviews.

The Matchmaker Tab
 
Employers can search for candidates matching the required skills and request for an online interview with the candidate.
 
Search for the Right Profile
 
To search for the right profile, first login to Jobs Matchmaker, then:
 
1. Click the 'Matchmaker' tab on the top right hand side on the 'My Account' page.
 
2. Select the desired categories and click on 'Find Me a Match' tab. This will take you to the 'Matchmaker Results' page.
 
3. Click the desired match to view the detailed information of the jobseeker
 
4. Click the 'View CV' tab at the bottom of this page, to view the resume of the candidate.
 
Set up an Interview
 
As an employer, after selecting a profile you can request an interview with the prospective jobseeker by:
 
1. Filling in the interview details in the 'Set Up Interview' box.
 
2. Clicking the 'Inform Candidate' tab at the bottom of this box. Jobs Matchmaker will send an email to the jobseeker, to confirm the interview schedule. Once the jobseeker confirms the interview date and time, an email will be send to the employer to confirm the same.
 
Jobs Matchmaker will organise an online interview with the jobseeker .
 
Video conference
 
The status of an interview is shown in your 'My Account' page. Once an interview has been confirmed by the jobseeker, you can proceed for a video conference  by:
 
1. Click the 'Confirm Interviews' tab on the top right hand side of the 'My Account' page.
 
2.Click the check box against 'Accept' in the 'Confirm Interviews' page and click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.
 
3. A message box will display the confirmation message.
 
4. In the 'My Account' page, a password for video conference will be displayed in your 'Your Interview Diary for Today' section.
 
5. Click the icon in the 'Start' column, which will take you to the video conference page. A green tick mark is displayed in this column when the interview schedule is activated; else, a red cross mark is displayed indicating that the interview has not been activated.
 
6. Enter your name on the screen and click the 'I accept/Connect' button. This will take you to the meeting console.
 
7. In this page, copy-paste the password for the video conference, to start the meeting.
 
Saving selected resumes
 
To save the desired resumes from the Matchmaker Results page:
 
1. Go to the Matchmaker page; select the desired categories and click the 'Find Me a Match' tab. This will take you to the 'Matchmaker Results' page.
 
2. Click the desired match to view the detailed information of the jobseeker.
 
3. Click the 'Save Profile' tab at the bottom of the page.
 
4. Create a new folder by clicking the 'Create New Folder' link, followed by clicking the 'Save Profile' tab at the bottom of the page to save the selected profile.
 
This profile will be saved in your ‘Saved Candidates’ page, which you can  access at a  later stage for fixing an online interview.
 
Viewing saved profiles
 
To view a saved profile, you will need to log in to your 'My Account' page, then:
 
1. Click the 'Saved Candidates' tab on the top right hand side of the page.
 
2. On the 'Retrieving Saved Profile/s' page, select the appropriate folder or use the search engine.
 
3. Click the 'Retrieve Saved Profiles' tab at the bottom of the page.
 
Completed Interview
 
As an employer you can view the details of completed interviews by clicking the 'Completed interviews' tab on the top right hand side of the page.
